Natalie is the owner and lead therapist at Infinity Connection Therapies. She is a Licensed Marriage/Relational and Family Therapist in the State of Colorado. As a bilingual Latinx American cisgender woman, Natalie is passionate, professional, and collaborative. Her perspective is culturally responsive, attachment-based, trauma-informed, somatic (focusing on body awareness), experiential (experiencing and feeling in the moment), and incredibly empathetic. Natalie primarily works with the underlying emotional need or message to issues with self and others, while using an integrative approach tailored to the needs of the person. Every person is unique and comes with their own ways of being, based on all of their experiences and people they have known in the past. Natalie honors those similarities and differences in each person and family system and encourages you to choose what is best for you and your family or relationships.
Natalie's ultimate goal as your therapist is to find the ways you and your relationships are stuck and give you the emotionally safe space to explore those underlying thoughts and feelings to increase moments of connection and love. The bottom line is...you matter. You matter as an individual person and you matter within relationships with others. If you feel you are ready to explore and repair past hurts, Natalie will use her training, education, but most importantly, her authentic-loving-self to guide you there.
In her free time, Natalie loves to spend time with her family and two dogs, reading, playing video games, doing Crossfit at her local gym, and being in nature.
